[stylist] Title Replication & Audible Users?

Joe,
As far as I know, titles are not copyrightable. There are many songs and
books with identical titles. I think, however, that if something is
trade-marked, like Harry Potter, for instance, that you'd have to get
permission or acknowledge that in some way if you wanted to use it in a
title, but I'm not sure how that works.
I'm curious about Audible. I theoretically got a free download from them
when I purchased an Olympus digital recorder several years ago, but I
never did it.
