[stylist] formatting

Hi all,

I am formatting a short story to submit to a magazine and it wants the word count on the top right of the first page.

I am using microsoft 2007. 
Do I just right justify it?

Also they want my name, page number and title on the upper right corner of each page.  


I imagine there is an easy way to do this with making a header or something? Anyone know how and want to share!
