Hi Bridgit and all,

This is where document collaboration tools come in handy. However, I don't
know if any of them are accessible. Has anyone tried using google docs?

If formatting is important, I put the file into dropbox, paste the contents
into an e-mail and then share the public link. This way, people who need the
file can get it while those who prefer having the contents in the e-mail can
also read.
