Ashley,.

Not sure with your examples as there were some 
odd characters that came through on nmy end. 
Basically with punctuationand quotes you'd have such examples as:

"Hey wait a minute," George said, "how do you do that?"
"Hey, wait a minute. How do you do that?" George said.
"I'm not sure," said Diane.
Did you hear George say, "That's just the way its done"?
Diane replied, "Oh, thanks for letting me know."

If you are at all questionable on punctuation 
with quotations, I'd recommend the course, it is 
a great reminder of how it's written. There's 
only 8 assignments and the teacher is very nice :).
