What does the site do? publish writing? As far as I'm concerened, if I did 
not seek it out, I think of it as spam

Since I get these e-mails often, and its not something that I've
sought out, is anyone else getting  stuff from good ol' Heather at
thumbtack.com looking for writers? Just curious. I run a couple lists
for our songwriter organization as well and I see they get flagged as
non-member once and a while as well. Anyone know anything about them.
At first I kind of thought it was total bunk but they do actually
have people in my area with a shingle out for writing and etc. That
doesn't mean its not bunk, but was just curious. It's still in the
"song shark" category for me.
