Hi Chris,
Ah. Well, perhaps I will dream of musical compositions. I see that there is a GNC store about two large blocks away from where I sit at work. I will investigate.
Thanks for the tips.
Jim

Jim,
I get the GNC brand from drugstore.com, although you can probably get it at
your local CVS, Rite-Aid, Walgreens, etc...
If you do decide to try it, you should know that you don't swallow the small
pill, as your stomach acid will destroy the melatonin and render it inert.
The bottle recommends keeping the pill under your tongue so that saliva
slowly dissolves it and it's absorbed through mouth tissues . I don't find
this particularly comfortable, so I tuck it between my cheek and gum and
move it around now and then. You should take it about an hour before you
wish to go to sleep. It's not a narcotic--it won't knock you out, and may
have little to no effect, although I find it helps. Some people report an
increase in weird or bizarre dreams. I find I sometimes dream about
gorgeous, bare-breasted women riding fire breathing dragons, but that's cool
with me. Smile.
chris
