Jim,
Thanks for the spelling. I thought it was K I N like kindling, but I've
seen others on other lists spell it K E N too, so I thought I'd been
spelling it wrong. Good to have you geeks around! Ha-haa! I think we're
all geeks in our own way. Anyone know how geek or nerd came to be slang
for people good with math, science and computers?
Sincerely,
Bridgit Kuenning-Pollpeter

Hi Atti,
Because I am a trained geek, here is some advice. Oh, and Kindle is
spelled K I n d l e. Anyway, if possible, let yourself cool down first.
Then, as unemotionally as you can, simply say exactly what is wrong,
with steps to reproduce the problem. That will really help the
developers fix the problems, which is what we want.
Thanks.
Jim
