 Thanks to those who chimed in on my question.  Robert's 
suggestion of
 converting it to a txt file worked.  Unfortunately, I'm spoiled 
by the
 real speak voice on my jaws (I use samantha) and the Stream 
voice is
 pretty clunky, but at least I have this easy way of reading the
 manuscript.
