If you have JAWS on your computer, go play in the settings and there are the 
RealSpeak voices  I use plain old Reed so I'm not familiar with all of them. 
But I play now and then to see if I'd like a different one.  However, some 
things I refuse to change.

Thanks to those who chimed in on my question.  Robert's
suggestion of converting it to a txt file worked.  Unfortunately,
I'm spoiled by the real speak voice on my jaws (I use samantha)
and the Stream voice is pretty clunky, but at least I have this
easy way of reading the manuscript.
