Subject: [Writers-chat] making a book

Okay, here’s the deal.  The alumni association always has an auction to raise money and while discussing whether or not to have one this year, I suggested that I could contribute a book for auction.
I have written several poems about the school and some of my experiences—that can generalize to other people—and have a few questions
Since it’s a specific audience and they’d be biddeing on a product of which they know of most of what’s in there, should I just do only the poems?  I don’t have any pictures to put in the print ones but for print and Braille I could find some trivia.  Thing is the trivia would not relate at all to the poems.
I could also take the approach of telling some of my story around the poems.
I need some major help with this project.
