[stylist] what site do you use for your blog

Hi,
Wordpress is pretty accessible. That said, how do you change text on there? 
Like bold, italic and strike through?
How do you change the color of the background? I know you click dashboard 
and then apparence; then what?

I have a question, which blog site do you use, someone had posted on one of 
the NFB talk lists, that they aren't as accessible as they were, I use 
wordpress but willing to change, if anyone knows of a good one that is free 
that is accessible to all.
