Excellent article. Talk about word economy to get 
your point across well. Only one thing stood out 
for future article consideration as I believe 
this was meant to make sighted folks aware. I 
don't think you clarified  what the below were...

"The testers weren't users. Sighted testers tried 
the program with Jaws, not ZoomText or Dragon 
Speak. Even for Jaws users, however, the program 
is clumsy and difficult to navigate."

Perhaps you clarified what those were and I 
missed it in my read. Other than that, very very nice.
