Hi Brenda,

This is a nice piece that gives a bit of insight into you and your journey. 
I especially like the line about 'sniffing out the words', which is really 
quite funny and perfect.

Two thoughts I have after reading it is that if you are actively working as 
a medical transcriptionist, you should be able to press your states 
Vocational Rehabilitation program into buying you a braille display. Make 
the case that you need it for your work (the spread sheet tact always works) 
and remember--the squeaky wheel gets the grease. Secondly, there's a group, 
ABC, I think it's Association of Blind Citizens. If you check out their web 
page, they do give out grants for technology. It might be worth your while 
to try to get one.
