Two questions. I'm not sure what the beginning about there being a new moon
and solar eclipse has to do with the image of the tree. The other is the
necessity of stating that Tamukeyama turned purple in April.
The first threw me completely and the second distracted me from the image
you were painting.
This may just be me, so take it for what it's worth.

I have been thinking a lot for the past few days about the meaning of this
day. We have a New Moon and a Solar Eclipse the same day. TODAY! That is
extraordinary. I have felt the vibrations and changes all day long. This
day is deeply meaningful to those who watch the Universe signs. I have been
working for a few days on a poem about this day, and about the season that
is now here - spring with the myriad of wild blossoms everywhere, and the
trees now in full bloom. My Zen Meditation Garden is flourishing and the
colors of it are simply splendid.
I will attach it, as it is tonight. It may change a bit in days ahead, but
this is my way of celebrating the spectacular solar events of this day in
May. Tomorrow, we take a journey into the mountains to visit our daughter
and her husband at their studios on the mountain top. We'll be delivering a
rescued turtle to her new habitat. So many good things in the air today. Do
you feel it too?
