Eve,
I have no advice as I installed software to solve this problem, and I still
cannot make it work. My teacher of two years ago made a step-by-step process
to do, and it always failed. So I will be waiting eagerly for any answers
you get.

Please, once and for all, could someone tell me what I need to do so that I
could view PDF files? I do not know if I need something installed in my
computer or if it is a simple matter of the process of opening them. I
