[stylist] Slate and Style

I'm not sure who to send this to these days, so bare with me.

I had a story published in "Slate and Style" about two years ago.  Is it OK for me to send it out to other magazines?

Also, I had won second place with a story in 2011 and was reserving it for Slate and Style.  Is it going to be published?  If not, I will send it to other magazines.
