Vejas,
I'm not sure where you find humor in this. Can you point out sections
where you find it? Perhaps we can find a different interpretation if you
expand your comments a bit more.
I see this as a rather dark piece especially considering the lyrics
Chris uses. He's inside the mind of an alcoholic upset with his partner,
assuming they are cheating, and the narrator is spiraling down into a
drunken stupor, which he feels, is their true nature.

Chris,
I really liked your story.
Whether this story is true or not, it just goes to show you that
you often have your off days. Oftentimes when I have a bad day,
one bad thing leads to another (sometimes it starts with me
forgetting to set my alarm.) So I like that what you did was,
even though it was not going well for you at all, you put humor
into it. I feel like you absolutely need humor when you're
feeling low, because without it it just gets worse.
