[stylist] Writing prompt (brown winter).

I think he discussing the work of the artist (in his view)  in The Great 
Divorce - if my memory is correct. I was so darn mad after I read it - many 
years ago. But reading"Till We have Faces" completely redeemed him for me. 
Even though, he had sentenced me to hell in that work.
