[stylist] What am I saying?

Eve,
I've never heard this saying. Can you describe in what context it was used?
I Googled "We have a guest sister," and then when I got nothing Googled
"Define we have a guest sister" and still nothing. I checked idioms and
specifically checked Urban Dictionary, and still nothing.
