[stylist] Journaling

[Bill Outman]

I'm just writing it out in Word at my computer with Jaws as my screen
reader.  There's nothing fancy about it, just simple narrative that reads
somewhat like a ship's log or captain's log.  I'm familiar with that style
as a Star Trek fan.

The recent discussion of journaling was inspiring.



I started one a few days ago to assist me in planning and performing tasks
and tracking the results.  The journal also helps me express my thoughts to
myself.



It's not an issue of memory but sometimes an issue of motivation and
feelings of being overwhelmed.  Sometimes it helps to sort out complexity.
