Hi Bonnie,
Welcome to Stylist. That's quite a shift from Boston to New Zealand. Our
nephew's family moved from Florida to Australia, and they love it. I am an
online journalist turned novelist, and most of my time nowadays is spent in
promoting my YA fantasy The Heart of Applebutter Hill. I look forward to
getting to know you.

Good morning, fellow writers from a wintry Wellington, New Zealand. I joined
the list a few weeks ago and thought I would introduce myself. I left my job
in Boston last October to move to Wellington, New Zealand to be with my
fiancé. Getting used to upside down seasons, cars on the opposite side of
the road, and no good iced coffee has been an adventure but a  wonderful
one.
I have a work visa and am looking for employment, so in the meantime, I  am
trying to write with all the free time I have--not an easy task as I am a
terrible procrastinator when it comes to actually  putting fingers to
keyboard.
Writing has always been a part of my life. I have published a couple of
short stories and poems and am currently slogging through the editing
process for a first draft of a romance novel. I mainly write contemporary
women's fiction but enjoy experimenting with other genres. I joined Romance
Writers of New Zealand and am looking forward to attending their annual
conference in August. They are a great group of ladies. I am looking forward
to participating in this list.
