Bill,

You can receive Slate & Style in Braille or email. The Division's dues
are only $10 per year, so you shouldn't have any funds coming out
monthly.

What forms can I get Slate and Style in?  Also, it seems to be the case 
that I signed up for a monthly payment of ten bucks, which I probably 
can't afford.  Do you know I can back out of the monthly payment and do 
the once per year thing?
