[stylist] memoirs

Hi all,
I have to read a biography, autobiography or memoir for English 
class.  I have really enjoyed memoirs in the past and would like 
to stick to go genera.
I would really like some suggesttions on some good memoirs to 
read, preferably one that is not too disturbing.  Also could you 
tell me whether or not it is available on Bookshare?
