I'm tooting my horn here, although the book is no longer in print, so not 
trying to make a sale.
Friendships In The Dark, By Phyllis Campbell, available on BARD.
I'm nobody famous, and trust me would have ever written such a book if Brett 
Books hadn't requested it, but it did rather well, and was reprinted in the 
US, China and the United Kingdom.
