EvaMarie,
I think you have a gift for cinquains. These are all so good.
In any contest, they would need a title. Your first two syllable line seems like a title, but they no longer teach that you use that first line as a title. While you never title haiku, you must do so with a cinquain.
Also, the last line in your watermelon one has only one syllable. Smile could be laughter, or some other 2 syllable word.
Please excuse my pickiness, but I expect you to publish these or others at some point. It is strange, but the shorter the form, the more picky you have to be. Believe me, the judges will all be counting syllables.

Okay, I have picked three of my cinquaines to share with you here. It is
funny, my first, which was citrine like Jackie's, is not on the list. That
does not mean you will never see it though. I just thought this was a
variety.
I also found these to be great exercises. I wrote a couple on didgeridoos
and am now expanding one into a greater work on the didgeridoo.
So, thanks for the inspiration guys and here they are.

Flaring nostrils
Ears twitching to and fro
Wide eyes, snorting, bared teeth, arched neck
