[stylist] book publication questions

   Good afternoon. My first book is a word document, and the cover is a PDF. How do I combine the two so I can upload them to Amazon and the other publication services? Does the cover need to be in a different file format? Do I need someone sighted to help me upload the book? Has anyone used draft 2 digital, and is it accessible? Thank you.
