Hi Chelsea. I think you should totally go for it. I find that living in
different states, in some ways is like living in different countries. The
culture of CA in any part is still vastly different from the south, red
necks aside. LOL. I mean different sorts of popular foods, activities, even
words for things. It's interesting. And you can't find certain types of food
but there others that are easier to find...Stuff like that. But there are
still far less in CA. More in OR than I expected sadly, but CA is brilliant
and refreshing when you're getting out of the south. I lived in SC for a bit
and didn't love it. One of my best friends is from VA and she's in CA now
and loves it. I miss some things about CA, but prefer the fast pace of NY so
would like to go there next. If something else turns out like in CA, I'd
still consider it as it is a neat place. Working in technology is great
money as you know, so if you get yourself a job in one of the places you
want to be with the help of voc rehab or your commission or whatever, if
they're working with you, you[ll not have to fret over the higher rent to be
where you want anyway. None of my friends working in computers have to worry
about their rent as the pay doesn't seem overly shabby. Hm, a pity I'm not
more techno savvy. Alas. It's funny I've got characters that text all the
time and just love it and that stuff drives me nuts. HAHA.

I'm friends with the monster that's under my bed.
I get along with the voices inside of my head.
