HI Sophie,

I have almost no experience in submitting work to real deal
publications, but I'd counsel you to stay away from these guys,
especially if they're claiming phenomenal success in placing
manuscripts. Like as not, I'm thinking, they're frustrated writers
themselves who seek to turn a dollar on their experience, such as it
is. Slowly and sometimes painfully focus on husbanding your craft and
turn aside from glittering promises of instant success. That's not
happy advice, I guess, but it might spare you tears and dollars in the
long run. But always, you have my respect and sympathies.
