Good afternoon, list. Here is the first of my two words of the day, courtesy of Wiktionary.

The first definition though centered on astronomy can apply in any physical context, including ballistics. The third, which most of us probably pay the most attention to in this group, can apply to life in general.

trajectory (plural <https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/trajectories#English> trajectories)

1.	( <https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/astronomy> astronomy, space science) The path of a body as it travels through space.
2.	(cybernetics) The ordered set of intermediate states assumed by a <https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/dynamical_system> dynamical system as a result of time evolution.
3.	Metaphorically, a course of development, such as that of a war or career.
