Hi Bill, Debby here.  I live on the other side of the state from 
you.  I love Seattle.  But Portland probably best.  I lived in 
Seattle a little while, though.  And my brother-in-law lives on 
Vashon Island.  I think it would be great to spend more time in 
Seattle, and hopefully I'll be able to do that from time to time.  
I like Spokane though.  It has a fairly good bus system, though 
they only have service for most routes every 30 minutes.    Debby
