 As the neonatal nurse adjusted the control valves on my incubator, my subconscious mind knew that I had accepted God’s new, challenging birth contract.  Oh yes, a challenge…  Cosmic or human error, I will never know, but on that February day, over sixty years ago, I was asked to choose between life and death.  If I chose life, I would be blind, but would somehow be given the opportunity to see.  Apparently, I accepted my new birth contract, and the hand of God allowed the oxygen flow to be accurately regulated to sustain my new premature life.



PTSD Here is an exercise which can really help you to    let go of your traumatic memories.  While lying down, bring the memory into your consciousness.  Roll your eyes counterclockwise 6 times.  Allow yourself to relax after each roll.  Then, move your eyes up and down 4 times releasing even more.  Finally, roll them in a clockwise position as you envision yourself surrounded by beautiful white light.  This exercise may be repeated as often as you wish.


It is widely known that our emotions may fill us with joy and gratitude but, on the other hand, can make us very ill, change our behavior, and affect every aspect of our lives.  Have you ever said: "I'm sick and tired of you.  Or, "You make me sick to my stomach.   Or, "My heart is broken." Or, "You are a pain in my neck.   Or, “ I am paralyzed with fear.”  What happens?  Well, your head pounds, your stomach hurts, your neck stiffens, your heart aches, you have heartburn, you feel nauseous, you become arthritic, etc.  How can this be?  An emotion or feeling is not something tangible, but merely an energy pattern which may become lodged in our bodies.
