Vejas,

Creative nonfiction is also known as narrative nonfiction. Nothingg is
fabricated in CNF; it's totally nonfiction written with a narrative thread,
meaning it reads like a novel but is completely true and factual, or as
factual as the writer can be, based on their perspective. Some types of CNF
are literary journalism, narrative nonfiction, including memoirs and
personal essays in adition to a plethora of other forms. Some CNF writers
tick to a more traditional view of nonfiction writing while others are
experimental and edgey. I wrote an article about CNF in Slate & Style a
while back. Sorry, can't remember issue. Some CNF writers I have recently
been into are Augusten Burroughs, Sarah Hepola, Mary Kaar and Nancy Mayers.

Hi,
Does anyone know what the term "creative nonfiction" means? I know what
nonfiction is but is it a style to make the facts seem more interesting?
