[Stylist] Reading columns in Word with Jaws

Good evening, list.

I have a problem that I need a solution to, as the subject indicates.

I have had a document sent to me in Wordthat is arranged in columns, and I
need to know how to navigate it with Jaws so I can be sure I am reading all
the information and can know exactly where I am in the documents.

I also need to be able to edit this document. I am sure columns look good
visually but they scare me when I try to read them, being totally blind. I
can navigate a table in Internet Explorer pretty well, though.

Specifically the document is a chapter membership list that has names,
addresses, and phone numbers that my chapter treasure sent to me, who
happens to be fully sighted. I'm the chapter secretary and am totally
blind.I need to add the email addresses I have and match them to the correct
names. The list is set up as a table.

I know Bridgit sent a procedure for creating columns in Word to this list
quite some time back that I saved but haven't used for fear of not being
able to read what I created if I were successful with it. I m embarrassesd
to have acknowledge I don't have that skill that I ought to have.

By the way, Shelley, that was a good conference call Sunday night with that
author, sorry we couldn't record it. I hope we can have the information
about him so everyone in the group can benefit and give him some feedback.

Have a good day.
