[Stylist] NFB Writers Division: Time to Pay Dues

Good Evening,

Thanks for the reminder.
I just rejoined the writer's division and the NFB in general after a 
long absence, so I have a few questions:

1. I used the online paypal checkout option. Do I have to do anything 
else to confirm my membership?

2. Do I still pay dues to my local chapter after paying for my 
membership to the writer's division? I forgot how that works. It's been 
a while for me . :D  I assume that's the case, but just double checking 
how the membership structure works here.
