Hi, writers! I'm delighted to share with you all that my book - Everyday Cruelty: How to Deal with Its Effects without Denial, Bitterness, or
Despair -has just come out as an audiobook on Audible. It's been in print (standard and large), braille, and Kindle for a while now, and it was just a good process of choosing and working with a narrator. Here's the link:

If you have the opportunity to listen to it, I'd love your feedback, either to me directly, or -just as ideally -in the form of raring/review on the Audible page site and/or on the Amazon site.

And, if folks are considering doing an Audible version of their book, I'm happy to loop around my truly positive experience. The hardest part was choosing the narrator, seeking the right affect, tone, cadence. I ended up choosing someone whose accent (South African) was not like mine (standard American). And I've gotten very positive feedback on that. My narrator was quick, responsive, easy to work with, highly responsible. I feel fortunate. I hope others have good experiences, and am happy to be in touch about it.
