Hello my NFB Writing Colleagues and Friends,

 

Today, I was  happy  to find a new interview published by A. R. Butcher  -
It is titled, "A Day in the Life of Lynda McKinney Lambert."

We worked together on this interview recently, and I was very pleased with
the quality and depth of the questions  that I was asked.  I imagine you
will learn a lot more about me than you ever suspected when you read this
interview.  I am always grateful for the opportunities that come to me - and
this interview was certainly one of the best.

My latest book, Star Signs: New and Selected Poems is doing well since it
was released on July 16,  and the Audible version of Walking by Inner
Vision: Stories & Poems is a big hit with those who have been contacting me
to say how much they enjoyed it.  I am very pleased with the narration of
the book by California actor, Lilly Rowe.  She brought my work to life so
well that people think it is me telling my own stories and reading my own
poems.

 

The other project that is now in full swing is the upcoming publication of
my first chapbook, first snow, by Finishing Line Press. I am waiting to see
the cover reveal soon, and they will begin the Pre-Sale period on September
9th through November 8th - the chapbook will be available  to the general
public on January 3, 2020. Yes, I am so excited about this little chapbook!
It is the first of a collection of 4 - each with a focus on a different
season - FLP will do the first one of the series. 

 

Enjoy these final days of August - and take time to enjoy the nice weather
that comes with the shift from Summer into the early Autumn season.
