[Stylist] Question About WordPress Blog

Hi,

I've recently set up a WordPress blog...using the free version. My
next step is to set up a follow by email button. I've signed up for
Mailchimp so the list will come from a place on the web, but I don't
know how to set the button up in my blog. Does anyone know anything
about this?
