Most writers are also eager readers. If you fit into that category and 
love to get good recommendations on new books and some reviews of older 
books, plus some upcoming books and popular authors, download the 
December 2019 NLS Magazine of the Month. It's a bimonthly publication 
called Bookmarks. Although there are many, many recommendations and 
quotes from other reviewers from Washington Post, New York Times, and 
many other professional reviewing services, this magazine cuts to the 
chase, sometimes genre by genre, and doesn't bore you with week after 
week of the same basic lists. I read it cover to cover, and was so 
impressed that I Emailed the magazine (you can Google it) and NLS asking 
them to please, please, make it a part of our magazine choice list. If 
you download it and appreciate it as much as I have, join my campaign by 
Emailing or calling someone at NLS (not just local) and show your 
interest. The magazine is not available in a digital format, nor is it 
available through Audible, Kindle, NFB Newsline or Bookshare. Guys, this 
is really worth your attention. I found about a dozen books which I 
could download or order from NLS or Bookshare in my favorite genres. I 
never found that many in one issue of Washington Post Book World or New 
York Times Book Review. Ann Patchett, Toni Morrison, Blake Crouch, too 
many to count.
