[Stylist] accessible blogging website platforms

I started using WordPress about 8 or 9 months ago. I opted for the website in addition to the blog, but currently I'm just blogging. I know other totally blind/screenreader users use WordPress, but personally, I don't find it the most user friendly . However, if you're more technologically savvy, it likely won't be as confusing. That being said, I'm not having issues writing and posting blogs . However, I am currently trying to figure out how to upload images, and so far, I'm not figuring it out. It doesn't seem like the most straightforward process, and I'm trying to determine if it's an accessibility issue, or if I am simply not figuring it out. After doing research though and speaking with other people, it does seem WordPress and dreamwith are the two preferred blog sites for blind people who use screen readers.

I was mostly able to navigate it independently (primarily with my phone using VoiceOver connected to a Braille display) but photos were an issue. I needed sighted assistance in finding the right photos (ones which looked good based on what I wanted) and making sure they were placed and formatted properly. Since you mentioned you might have access to ZoomText, I'm guessing you do have some vision. I would be really curious as to other responses on here.
