I could never read them or understand the pictures. I feel bad that that something my nephew really loved when he was in grade school and I couldn’t share that with him.

I was wondering as I know the captain underpants series is in comic book format if that is already available to the Blind through the national library service or something? That might be something to use at a Prototype.

Someone else mentioned reading a novel and envisioning the story in their mind. That just seems more appealing to me as well. Whomever mentioned reading graphic novels in eighth grade could you enlighten me? I must be a generation gap somewhere because I remember reading things like treasure Island. Lol to have someone read and describe a reframe like that would be torture to listen to. I’m of the generation that had to read textbooks on cassettes and it was just father for sleep. That’s the category I put having someone describe comics longer than a two row comic in the Sunday paper.
