Hello all.

This is Christopher Sabine from the NFB Cincinnati Chapter in Ohio. As I mentioned at one of our meetings, I also participate in a writers group funded by Humanities New York and conducted by the Niagara Arts Council in Niagara Falls, NY. I suspect they reached out to me directly after I introduced myself to this group.

I presented an article from my blog, and they highly recommended that I contact the New York Times, NPR, the Washington Post, etc. to inquire if any of these major publications would be willing to publish it. The link to this blog is https://www.onhconsulting.com/article/466/he-placed-me-and-a-little-guy-in-each-others-paths-raising-children-with-disabilities-is-a-community-responsibility. If that link doesn't work, try https://tinyurl.com/4pdfy3xw.

When I visit the page of the NY Times, what I find is a link to contribute my article as a guest opinion and a form, but no specific contacts. I've always found that the best way to reach out to anyone with an inquiry like this is to have a name and research their personal / professional background as thoroughly as possible.

I'd like to know if anyone has contacts at any of these publications (i.e. NY Times, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune, L.A. Times, NPR, etc.) to whom I can pitch this and some of my other writings.

Thanks in advance for any information you might have.

Very Best Regards,

Chris
