[Stylist] Notice of nfb Writers Division meeting in Houston zoom link

Hello Writers,

I have created a zoom link for the nfb Writers Division business meeting in Houston Texas on Monday, July 3. Please be advised if I can’t get a signal in the room this might not work. However, at your own risk, you are welcome to click on this link at the appointed time and join our meeting. I don’t know how much attention I can pay to this, so there may not be any communication between the master of ceremonies that would be me and the zoom participants. It’s going to be a busy day, but you can sign in, try and contribute your ideas, and enjoy our meeting. If you pay your dues, you may vote in the elections. I am offering this as an alternative to a telephone call or a face-to-face meeting especially if you can’t make it. If you can’t make it to the convention, please try signing in and see if you can take part in our meeting. That probably doesn’t sound very encouraging but I just want to let you know I don’t know how this is going to work out. This is a sign in at your own risk. But you know Writers take risks? I hope to see you there. And of course if you are going to be a convention please join us from 1 to 4 PM. Our information is located on the agenda. We will be having a flash fiction workshop and we will charge $10 for dues and five dollars for participation in the workshop. If you Want to pay online before getting to the meeting. Please feel free to do that. If you want to pay Online before the meeting whether you attend or not you can go to writers.nfb.org and click on the PayPal link and then pay $15 if you want to be included in the workshop and $10 if you only want to be a member of the division. We look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible. If you cannot make the link or the meeting time, just know, we will have a full report of this in the Braille Monitor and Slate and Style. You are always welcome, of course to sign in any of our meetings which we will have again starting in August.
