[Tactile-Talk] Lending program for Monarch?

Hello, Ken. The link works, but, since I don't have a Facebook account, I
realize that it's the link for creating an account that brings up the
message that the page cannot be opened because the address is invalid.
Should I go directly into the Facebook website and try to create an account
from there, then go back into the link you sent me?
