The Director will have primary responsibility for generating membership and donor revenue (acquisition, lapsed, renewal, and upgrade) and annual fund revenue through direct mail, telefund and online campaigns. This position will work with the Associate Vice President to set revenue goals and oversee all efforts to reach those goals for Individual Giving including Membership, Sustaining Fellows, and Affiliates. This will include management of staff and delegation of tasks to ensure that revenue campaigns are executed successfully and within budget. The role will compile campaign reporting and provide comprehensive performance analyses to senior management.
