Welcome Table. The proposed schedule for welcome table staffing should be mostly adequate. The one adjustment I might make is to expand coverage on Monday, July 2 <x-apple-data-detectors://2>  as it is by far the heaviest day for arrivals. I’d suggest the following schedule:

·        Monday, July 2 <x-apple-data-detectors://3> (Travel Day) 10A-9P

·        Tuesday, July 3 <x-apple-data-detectors://4> (Seminar Day) 7A-9P

·        Wednesday, July 4 <x-apple-data-detectors://5> (Resolutions Day) 7A-9P

As soon as we can get our hands on the restaurant guide, we’ll begin producing print and Braille copies for the welcome table.

Please get the guides ready ASAP so we can forward for duplication. Send attachment in word.

We are scheduled to have our welcome committee meeting this Monday at 8:00 PM. I suggest we wait and meet Monday, May 7th at 8:00 PM eastern, give updates by email and meet earlier if necessary. 

Please reply all with your updates. What is the progress on the guides?  Do you have other or concerns? 

We don't have an answer yet about putting guides on Newsline, the convention page, etc. or whether national can Braille or print guides. We hope to have answers after our host meeting on April 11th. 

Please let me know if you still prefer to meet this Monday or if you agree to meet May 7th. Thank you for all you are doing.
