Good evening Federation family!

National convention will be here before we know it! Here are
just a few announcements regarding this exciting federation family
gathering:

The deadline for financial assistance from the affiliate to attend
convention is fast approaching! The deadline is May 1st and decisions will
be made by May 15th. Please contact me as soonn as possible if you are
wanting to take advantage of this opportunity.

If you are planning to go to convention, make your hotel
reservations as soon as possible! Rooms are filling up. If you are looking
for a roommate or roommates, please get it touch with me So I can help get
the word out.

If you are planning to attend national convention and are
willing to coordinate Iowa's exhibit table and the shifts to be worked,
please contact me sooner rather than later. I have already registered the
National Federation of the Blind of Iowa for our exhibit table.

This individual must meet the following criteria:

. Be organized

. Have great communication skills

. Be detail oriented

We are planning to sell popcorn and scissors again this year and will be
getting everything together soon to make that happen.

See you in Vegas!
