Good Evening Fellow Federationists:

You have one day to preregister for the 2019 National Federation of the
Blind of Iowa State convention. Preregistration closes at 11:59 PM central
time on Tuesday, October 15, and then regular registration prices go into
effect. Preregister and save today! Thank you to those who have already
preregistered!

If you have special dietary considerations for convention meals, please get
those requests to Convention coordinator Cindy Ray no later than Tuesday,
October 22, 2019. After that date, we are unable to guarantee we will be
able to fulfill the requests with the hotel. Cindy can be reached by phone
at (515) 208-2351 or by email at cindyray at gmail.com
<mailto:cindyray at gmail.com> .

Finally, I had mentioned in the convention letter sent previously that we
were working on a possible technology event. We will be having that event
thanks to staff from the Iowa Department for the Blind and others from 10:00
AM to 12:00 PM on Friday October 25th. More information will be coming about
that in the agenda, so stay tuned as that will be coming out very soon.

I hope you're all excited for a great convention as I am. I look forward to
seeing you all soon!
