Good Evening Federation Family:

Well, it's day one of registration being live, and we've noticed a couple of
technical issues. First, paying by check appeared for some people submitting
forms, and that is not correct. That option in the payment process has now
been removed and PayPal is the only option. Second, if you have submitted
information and haven't received confirmation of all or part of your payment
going through, please go to

www.nfbi.org/cart <http://www.nfbi.org/cart>

If your transaction is not in there, then it will need to be resubmitted on
the form. We know what transactions have cleared so far, so if you have
questions on that, let me know. Our webmaster is working to simplify the
workflow, but here are some tips.

First, when you go through the online form, and hit submit, it will not
automatically take you to PayPal. We're looking to see if that can be
changed. You'll need to go to view cart first and fill out the information
there before you can check out. If you make a donation, then it should add
everything to the cart. You can always go back to

www.nfbi.org/cart <http://www.nfbi.org/cart>

to see what's in there before actually checking out.

It took me a couple of times of going through the form to figure it out, so
I thought I'd better let everyone know what is currently going on.

The webmaster is looking at what we can do to improve the process, but if
there are any additional questions or issues, please let me know right away!
Thank you all for your flexibility!
