Good Evening Federation Family:

Our first in-person national convention is just months away, and, if you are
a first-time convention goer or if you applied for a Kenneth Jernigan
convention scholarship in 2020 or 2021, you are eligible! Please see the
below Braille Monitor article I have linked to from the January 2022 issue.
Please note the process is different for submitting information from what it
