Good Evening Federation Family:                           

In preparation for our meetings tomorrow and Thursday, I wanted to send some information and attachments from the legislative directors listserv that may be helpful. I have included the most important information below. Please reach out if there are any questions, and I hope to see some of you tomorrow night at 7PM! The future meetings John talks about below are the ones on the national level.

 

 

Thanks to Everyone who attended Monday’s mock meeting. Special thanks to our distinguished participants: Pam, Shawn, Norma, Scott, and Marci. 

 

The issues training video and the mock meeting video are now available on our Washington Seminar Page <https://nfb.org/programs-services/advocacy/washington-seminar> . 

 

We have also prepared two documents to help with your meeting preparation. The first is the internal presentation notes (previously distributed), and the second is our internal FAQ. Both of these documents are attached. Please keep in mind that they are intended for your use and not for distribution to Congressional offices. 

 

Our next two meetings will be the Issues Training, scheduled for Monday, February 7 at 2:00 p.m. Eastern and the Great Gathering-In, scheduled for Monday, February 7 at 5:00 p.m. Eastern. We will be distributing the Zoom information for these meetings soon.
